The rapid growth of e-commerce and the increasing demand for just-in-time delivery have created unprecedented pressure on supply chains. A whopping 498BN packages are estimated to be shipped in 2028. While automation is the clear solution to meet these challenges, the landscape of this fast-evolving technology can be challenging to navigate.

Cognibotics, a company founded out of Lund Technical University, developed the HKM 1800—the world’s fastest pick-and-place robot designed specifically for warehousing.

The challenge for Cognibotics lay in translating the HKM 1800’s advanced technical capabilities and unique features into tangible business benefits that resonated with warehouse owners and supply chain managers. Simultaneously, internal alignment and a common language around the HKM 1800 was needed.

SPEED, REACH & RANGE

The unique benefits of the HKM 1800 from a customer perspective were identified as speed, reach and range.

Based on these insights, technically accurate material showcasing the capabilities of the robot from these three aspects was created, including an animation, key visuals, an interactive AR model, and a sales presentation.

With a fresh set of content, we were able to target the wanted audience. The social media campaign attracted potential customers to sign up for an interactive webinar, creating quality leads for the company.

The campaign has re-introduced Cognibotics as a competitive and credible player in the market, with a refreshed brand identity supported by appealing, accurate visual representation of their products. The sales team has established a common approach to sales, and a simple-to-understand language to describe their complex, cutting-edge technical solutions. ​
